Steps
- 1
Chop the onion tomatoes and chillies
- 2
Crack 3 eggs in a container and whisk them. Add chilli powder and salt to this mix.
- 3
Take an inch cube of butter and melt it in a pan. Preferably non stick
- 4
Once the butter melts, add the onions and tomatoes.
- 5
Add a pinch of garam masala once the onions turn translucent and add chillies at the same time.
- 6
A minute later, introduce the whisked eggs into the pan
- 7
Allow the mix to settle and coagulate for about a minute
- 8
Use a spatula or similar to move the mix inwards and fold
- 9
Keep moving the mix inwards occasionally till the moisture appears to start evaporating away. Turn the heat off at this time and transfer it into a plate. The heat will allow it to self cook for a minute more.
- 10
Garnish as you please and serve with bread.
