Ingredients

  • 15 pcsmabenda
  • 1onion
  • 3tomatoes
  • 1/2 PCraw mango,cubed (remove the skin & cubed)
  • 1 pcknorr beef cube

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop off the head n tail of mabenda,cut into two n steam.

  2. 2

    Fry onions until golden brown.

  3. 3

    Add tomatoes n raw mangoes.let them simmer

  4. 4

    Add steamed madenda,add your beef cubed.allow it to cook for 3mins

  5. 5

    Ready to serve enjoy!!!!!
