Steps

Take maida in a bowl add 3 teaspoon oil, edable soda & salt. Dough softly with required water

Peel potato & chopped it finely. Also chopped finely onion, beetroot & green chilli

Put fry pan on the stove at medium flame heat 2 teaspoon oil drop finely chopped green chilli & onion. Stir it till brown.

Now add potato, beetroot & peas. Stir 2-3min after then add ginger garlic paste, cumin powder, termeric powder & salt & stir it well.

After 1-2 Min add some water & garam masala & cover it. Observe 2-3 min

Fry till dry. Now stuffing meterial is ready.

Now roll 5-6 chapati in round shape

Put stuffing meterial in center & sealed in square shape

Garnish oven plate and put all wraps in it & bake at 150 degree centigrade in OTG for 20 min.

Serve hot with tomato sauce
