Combine plain flour, wheat flour, 1tsp of oil and salt in a bowl and knead into a soft dough using enough water

Cover the dough with a wet cloth and keep aside.

Heat the oil in a pan, add chopped garlic and green chilli and saute it. Add red chilli powder, salt and mix well. Add all chopped vegetables and saute it for few minutes and add coriander and turn off the flame. Keep aside.

Divide the dough into 2 equal portions. Roll out each into circle.

Heat a pan and cook each roti on both sides on medium flame for a minute and keep aside.

Place the stuffing on one end of the roti. Roll it up tightly.

Serve with tomato sauce
