Take a 1 cup all purpose flour and 1/2 cup maida in a bowl.

Mix both and add salt mix well and knead well.

When the onion turns golden brown add slices potatoes and salt to taste.

And cooked 10 minutes in low flame.

And stuffed the slices potatoes wrap the rotis.
