Ingredients

4-5 servings
  • 100 gmgram flour
  • 3-4 tspOil
  • to tasteSalt according
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1 tspCoriander powder
  • 1 tspGaram masala
  • 1/2 tspAjwain
  • 1/4 bowlButtermilk (lassi)

Steps

    Take a bowl put into gram flour

  2. 2

    Add salt oil red chilli powder turmeric powder

  3. 3

    Make a dough with the help of water

  4. 4

    After ready dough boil water in a pan

  5. 5

    Make long And thin rolls of dough and put into hot water and boiled it for 1/2 hrs

  6. 6

    After boiling the rolls of gram flour take out in a saucer And cut into small pieces of round shape

  7. 7

    For tadka -take a pan add oil ajwain and all spices

  8. 8

    Add boiled water of gatte And pieces add lassi and boiled again for 15 min

  9. 9

    Gatte ki sabzi is ready serve hot with chapati
