Ingredients

  1. 4-5tomatoes on the vine (good quality from the market)
  2. 1-2 clovesgarlic
  3. 3-4 tbsptomato paste
  4. 1/2 tspblack pepper
  5. 1/2 tspsalt
  6. 1/2 tbspsugar
  7. 1/8 cupolive oil
  8. 1/2 tbspbalsamic vinegar
  9. 1 tspitalian seasoning

  1. 1

    Blanche and peel tomatoes

  2. 2

    Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

  3. 3

    Adjust seasonings to taste spread on pizza dough and enjoy
