Measure all your ingredients and prepare an 8" tin.

Put butter, honey and sugar in a medium pan and melt slowly over low heat. Once melted, increase the heat and boil for 1 minute leave to cool completely.

Preheat oven to 160°. Using a spoon, beat the eggs into the cooled honey mixture.

Sift flour and baking powder into a large bowl. Pour the egg mixture into the flour and mix till you get smooth batter..

Put in the tin and bake for 50 minutes or until ready
