Clean and cut ends of zucchini

Slice in 2 halves and peel skin

Thinly slice zucchini

Grill zucchini for 2-3 minutes

In a bowl whisk creamcheese, salt and pepper

Add chopped veggies to creamcheese mixture and mix well. Add veggies of your choice

Add mixture to zucchini and roll them. Serve
