Ingredients

  • 200 gsemolina
  • 1 cupkuka(dried grinded boabab leaves)
  • 1 spoonpotash
  • Pinchsalt
  • Tomatoes onion lettuce for garnish
  • Dry pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix semolina, kuka and potash in a bowl

  2. 2

    Add water to a smooth paste

    Put in piping bag

    Put water to boil and slowly pipe the mixture

  5. 5

    Allow to cook

  6. 6

    Do not cover

  7. 7

    Strain and put in cold water

  8. 8

    Seive and serve with lettuce tomatoes onion add pepper for extra spicyness
