First mix maida, flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, malai.

Now add water and make soft dough. Rest it for 30 minutes.

Now chop onion in big piece.

Now heat oil in a pan and add kasoori methi.

Now add onion and salt. Fry till colour change.

Now grind tomato with garlic and add.

Now add all masala.

Add all spices to the paste.

Now add 1 tbsp ketchup.

Now add paneer piece and malai and cook 5 minutes.

Now take a ball of dough and roll it.

Now apply ghee and maida.

Now heat a tawa and cook it with ghee.

Now apply chutney on the paratha.

Now fill with paneer masala, onion rings and ketchup. Roll it and make Kathi roll.
