Mix chicken masala in curd and make a smooth paste

Add chicken in curd paste and set aside

Take a wok and pour oil in it

When the oil is hot enough add the whole garam masala and bay leaves together.When crackled add onion paste and ginger garlic paste and saute them

Now add all dry masalas and fry the masalas.When oil separates,add tomato paste and fry till oil separate again

Now add the marinated chicken into it,Keep stirring till chicken absorbs all the flavours.

Cook your chicken on low flame for approximately 25-30 minutes. Keep stirring in between

When chicken is ready add garam masala and garnish it with coriander leaves
