Mix well, make muthias with the help of your hand, shaping it enlongated and put it in the steamer and steam for 1/2 hr

Then once cooled remove from gas and cut it into small pieces

Now heat oil and add mustard seed and white til, let them crackle, add the muthias, let them be on slow flame till golden colour and crispy.
