Steps

Mix besan with water and make smooth,lumpfree constancy batter.

In a saucepan add sugar and water.

Boil it until 1 string cosistanchy.

Heat the ghee in kadhai and pour some drops of besan batter through greased slotted spoon.

Fry besan boondi on medium heat until it become golden brown.

Transfer besan boondi in a bowl and pour sugar syrup on the boondi.

Garnish with some pistachio.

Enjoy crispy crispy sweet boondi.
