Dry roast the gram flour in a pan till the raw smell disappears and it's turns a light brown colour.

Remove from heat and keep aside.

In a heavy bottomed pan bring the milk to boil and stir continuously till it reduces to half.

Add the sugar to milk. After melting of the sugar add the roasted gram flour and mix well to avoid lumps.

Keep stirring and ghee while stirring. When the mixture starts leaving the sides of the pan turn off the flame.

Immediately pour the mixture on a greased tray and let it cool completely.

When it cools down grease your hands and make the shapes as you wish.
