Take a karahi,put desi ghee in it

When it becomes little hot.put besan in it

Stir well & cook until ghee start spread from corners or besan becomes golden in colour

Switchof the gas & add crushed sugar & crushed almonds in it

Let it be cool down for 10 min

Make small bowl from itas many as u can
- 7
Garnish with Hershey's syrup
- 8
Serve with tea
