  1. 2 cupspoha
  2. 1onion
  3. 5chillies
  4. 1tomato
  5. 1 tspsalt
  6. 1/2 tspturmeric
  7. Pinchhing
  8. 1lemon
  9. as neededPeanuts and cashews
  10. 1 tspurad, Chana Dal,mustard seeds,cumin
  11. leavesCoriander

Cooking Instructions

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash poha in water and keep in colander.

  2. 2

    Take a pan and add 1tsp of oil and add peanuts,cashews, urad dal,Chana dal, Mustard and cumin seeds.

    Now add chopped onions,chillies and curry leaves and hing.

  4. 4

    Add tomatoes,salt and turmeric powder

  5. 5

    Now add poha to the pan and mix well.

  6. 6

    Add lemon juice and coriander leaves.
