Ingredients

  • For besan pieces..
  • 1 cup Besan
  • 1/2 cupcurd
  • Pinchsalt
  • 2 tspoil
  • 1chopped onion
  • 1-2green chilli
  • For gravy..
  • 1chopped tomato
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspginger garlic paste
  • 1 tspturmeric
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • little bit hing
  • to tasteSalt according
  • 3 tspcurd
  • 1 tspLittle chopped coriander
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • 2 tspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the besan with curd and salt

  2. 2

    Add water also..now pour it in a pan

  3. 3

    Now cook it..until it will be becomes little thick

  4. 4

    Pour it in a grease plate..when it becomes cool cut in your choice

  5. 5

    Heat the pan.and add oil

  6. 6

    Then add cumin seeds and hing

  7. 7

    Stir for a while..then add chopped onion

  8. 8

    Mix it nicely..after2minutes add ginger garlic paste

  9. 9

    Again mix it..now add all spices.

  10. 10

    Sprinkle little water.mix nicely

  11. 11

    Now add chopped tomato

  12. 12

    Cook all until it will be tender

  13. 13

    Now add curd..mix nicely

  14. 14

    Add water as required..and put the besan pieces

  15. 15

    Cooked it for 5minutes

  16. 16

    Garnish with chopped coriander
