In a mixing bawl place besan. Add milk. And ghee. Rub with hands gently. Make a crumble

In a non stick pan add this crumble and cook it on low flame. Keep stirring.

In another pan make thick sugar syrup.

Add khoya in roasted crumbled besan. Mid cardamom powder well now add sugar syrup in it. Let it spread in a greased plate add dry fruits. Let it set then cut into diamond or square shape
