Ingredients

5 servings
  1. 200 gmClean Mushrooms chopped
  2. 1/2 cupBesan
  3. 1 tbspcornflour
  4. 1/4 cuprice flour
  5. 1/8 teaspoonAjwain
  6. 1/8 teaspoonfennel seeds powder
  7. 1/8 teaspoonpepper
  8. 1/4 teaspoonamchur powder
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. as neededWater
  11. 1/2 teaspoonred chilli powder
  12. to tasteChat masala to sprinkle
  13. as neededOil for frying

Steps

5 minutes
  1. 1

    In a bowl, mix flours, masalas and salt

  2. 2

    Add water as required to form smooth thick batter

  3. 3

    Add mushrooms and toss well

  4. 4

    Fry mushroom until golden brown. Allow excess oil to be absorbed by kitchen towel. Sprinkle chat masala

  5. 5

    Serve hot with sauce
