Ingredients

5 servings
  • 200 gmClean Mushrooms chopped
  • 1/2 cupBesan
  • 1 tbspcornflour
  • 1/4 cuprice flour
  • 1/8 teaspoonAjwain
  • 1/8 teaspoonfennel seeds powder
  • 1/8 teaspoonpepper
  • 1/4 teaspoonamchur powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededWater
  • 1/2 teaspoonred chilli powder
  • to tasteChat masala to sprinkle
  • as neededOil for frying

Steps

5 minutes
  1. 1

    In a bowl, mix flours, masalas and salt

  2. 2

    Add water as required to form smooth thick batter

  3. 3

    Add mushrooms and toss well

  4. 4

    Fry mushroom until golden brown. Allow excess oil to be absorbed by kitchen towel. Sprinkle chat masala

  5. 5

    Serve hot with sauce
