Ingredients

  • Fresh seasonal fruit
  • 1pizza bread(available at the confectionery outlets )
  • 1 cuphoney
  • 1 cupfresh cream
  • 2 tbssugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Toast the pizza bread and soak it in honey for an hour.

  2. 2

    Cut all the fruits into small cubes

  3. 3

    Beat up the cream with sugar for 1 minute and put aside.

  4. 4

    Now place the pizza on a plate and put the cream over it.

  5. 5

    Top up with fruit cubes and refrigerate for an hour.

  6. 6

    Serve chilled.
