Add salt, sugar green chilli, ginger paste in it.

One table spoon oil in the pan and pour the better.

String continuously when better become thick.

We spread oil in big plate and spread better in it.

When it becomes room temperature then we cut and roll it.

Spread tadka(mustard seeds and kadi patta coriander leaves) in it.

Ready to serve khandvi.
