Ingredients

15 minutes
5 servings
  1. 2 spoongram flour
  2. 1 cupbuttermilk
  3. 1 spoonsalt
  4. 2 spoondried fenugreek leaves
  5. 1/4 spoonturmeric powder
  6. 2 spoonoil
  7. as neededWater
  8. 1/4 spoonmustard seeds
  9. 1 pinchasfoetida

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix gram flour,salt,turmeric and buttermilk in a bowl

  2. 2

    Blend well

  3. 3

    Add water and make a watery batter

  4. 4

    Heat oil in a wok and add mustard seeds and asfoetida

  5. 5

    Pour batter and add fenugreek leaves

  6. 6

    Cook for 10 minutes by stirring continuously

  7. 7

    Switch off the flame.

  8. 8

    Serve with rice or roti.
