Squeeze excess water of bottle gourd and mix in gram flour

Add 1/2 spoon salt and carom seeds

Make koftas and deep fry in hot oil

Heat 2 spoon oil in a wok

Add cumin seeds and saute onions

Add tomato puree and saute for 2-3 minutes

Add st and other spices

Add cream and saute until it leaves oil

Add water and boil
Add fried fritters - 10
Serve with rice or roti.
