Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 cupgram flour
  2. 250 grambottle gourd grated
  3. 1.1/2 tsp salt
  4. 1/4 spooncarom seeds
  5. 1/4 spooncumin seeds
  6. as neededOil
  7. 2 cupWater
  8. 1onion finely chopped
  9. 1/2 cuptomato puree
  10. 1/4 spoonturmeric powder
  11. 3/4 spooncoriander powder
  12. 1/4 spoonred chilli powder
  13. 1/2 spoongaram masala
  14. 1/2 cupmalai

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Squeeze excess water of bottle gourd and mix in gram flour

  2. 2

    Add 1/2 spoon salt and carom seeds

  3. 3

    Make koftas and deep fry in hot oil

  4. 4

    Heat 2 spoon oil in a wok

  5. 5

    Add cumin seeds and saute onions

  6. 6

    Add tomato puree and saute for 2-3 minutes

  7. 7

    Add st and other spices

  8. 8

    Add cream and saute until it leaves oil

  9. 9

    Add water and boil
    Add fried fritters

  10. 10

    Serve with rice or roti.
