Ingredients

  • 1 bowlChickpeas soaked and boiled
  • 2Boiled potato
  • Salt as per taste
  • Red chilli as per taste
  • 1 tbspCoriander powder
  • 1 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1 tbspChana masala
  • 2 tbspOnion chopped
  • 2 tbspTomato chopped
  • 1 tbspGinger garlic paste
  • 2 tbspOil
  • 1 tspCumin
  • 2Bay leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan,heat oil

  2. 2

    Add cumin bay leaves

  3. 3

    Saute Ginger garlic onion

  4. 4

    Put all spices cook till oil get separate

  5. 5

    Now put tomato..cook till tomato get mashy

  6. 6

    Now add chickpeas and potato with enough water

  7. 7

    Cook for 10 minutes on low flame sprinkle chana masala and serve
