Baked Dhokla Florets

Take curd in a bowl, now add semolina and besan in it. Mix well by adding all dry spices.

Add chopped almonds.

Now add eno..Just before when we have to pour in silicones florets.

Grease with a pinch of oil. Pour batter in florets.

Now take a baking oven. Preheat it for 2 minutes at 180℃.

Then put these silicone baking cups in oven.

Bake it for 7 to 8 minutes at 220℃.

Heat oil in another pan add mustard seeds, curry leaves, sugar, water and pinch of salt in it.

Pour this mixture on baked florets.

Enjoy it with green chilli and tomato ketchup.
