2 1/2 tablespoonsflour
3frying pans
1 poundbulk sausage crumble cooked thoroughly
2 tablespoonsbutter or margarine
1/2 cupchicken stock
3 cupsmilk
5medium-large potatoes (diced)
2 tablespoonscanola oil or vegetable oil
8eggs (2 eggs per person)
1/2diced large onion
Salt and pepper
Breakfast gravy

Dice and fry potatoes to about half done

Saute onions with potatoes.

Cook eggs
4

Cook biscuits.

Add gravy and sausage to the biscuits

Plate food
