2raw mangoes sliced
1 cupsugar
1 tspmustard seeds
1/4 tspturmeric powder
To tastesalt
As neededoil

Heat oil and temper mustard seeds

Add mango slices saute well
3

Add salt and turmeric powder and cover till it become soft
4

Add sugar and little water
5

Boil well and switch off the flame
6

Serve it cool
