In a sauce pan,boil 3 cups of water

Add the Bay leaves,a tea spoon of salt,black pepper and let them boil.

Add your pieces of pork and let it simmer for about 20mins on low heat.

Drain the remaining stock and fry the pork on low heat until browned

Add the garlic paste and the onions and allow them to cook before adding the pasted tomatoes.

After the tomatoes are cooked add you green bell pepper and give it a min

Serve with fried rice or as desired.
