5carrots
1 tablespoonsalt
1 tablespoonsugar
6 cupswater
4 tablespoonsmayonnaise (or to taste)

Wash an peel the carrots

Cut it into rondelles (circles) and put it in a pan with the water, salt and sugar, boil until tender

Put it in a colander to strain the water, let cool. Place it in your favorite salad bowl

Add the mayonnaise and mix
