Steps

Cut dhokla into small square pieces.

Slice onion and tomato.

In a pan add butter and onion. Saute it and add ginger garlic paste.

Add tomato pieces and cook it for a while. Add salt and chilli powder as per taste.

Now add dhokla pieces and mix it nicely.

Sprinkle kaarampodi powder over it. Mix well.

Once at room temperature assemble chaat.

In a bowl take dhokla, add
half of sweetened curd over it. Add green chutney and sev. Mix nicely. - 9
Take this chaat in serving dish. Garnish with cured, green chutney, sev and peanuts. Sprinkle chaat masala over it.

Enjoy dhokla chaat.
