Ingredients

1 cupwheat flour
1 cupjaggery or shakkar
1/2 cup ghee
as neededDry fruits
as neededWater

Steps

1

Roast wheat flour in a pan for 5 to 7 minutes at low flame
2

Add ghee and dry fruits and roast it till it leaves aroma and a nice colour
3

Add 3.5 cups of water and jaggery and turn the flame on high.. stir well till it it leaves ghee and becomes little more brown and sticky. Serve hot..
