Heat pan add 2 teaspoon oil.

Add Musterd seeds, ginger garlic and green chilli.

Add haldi powder and boil smashed potato.

Add salt and chaat masala.

Cook it.

Cool it. now make small size ball of this mixture.

Take basan,add soda salt

Make thick paste with the help of water.

Heat oil for deep fry aalo banda.

Dip in prepared besan batter and coat well.

Fry on medium flame till the Aalo banda turns golden and crisp.

Serve it hot with green chilli and chutney.
