In a bowl take noodles. Add all the spices & sauce.

Add chopped onion, cabbage & spring onion. Add maida & rice flour.

Mix all well. Don't add water as the moisture in noodles will help to mix all well.

Heat oil & slowly drop in the mixture using thumb or a spoon. Fry & serve hot these crispy fritters
