Add oil to your cooking pan and when hot add your boiled chicken and let it fry till golden then add your chopped carrots

Let them cook for about 1minute uncovered then add your onions,mixed herbs and dhania...cover and let them cook until the onions are tender

Stir and add your soy sauce and pinch of salt..stir then cover for about seconds

Add your tomatoes then cover on medium heat for about 2 minutes until the tomatoes are easy to mash

Mash the tomatoes to form a thick paste then add about 150ml of water...and cover to boil

Once the water has reduced by half add your cornstarch mixture to thicken the soup.stir and let boil uncovered for about a minute or until the soup thickens to your desired level...if it's too thick..add some water and let it boil

Turn off the heat and let It stand for about 3minutes covered then serve with desired escort
