Ingredients

1/2 cuplong cut bell peppers red and green Idli cut into desired shapes 8-10 1 onion cubed 2 tsp soya sauce 2 tsp chilli sauce
1/2 cupslury of corn starch
2tsp tomato Ketchup
2-3 cloves garlic crushed
5-6 green chillies long slit
2 tsp Oil

Steps

In a wok add oil, add crushed garlic green chillies onion and bell peppers and saute on high flame.
Add the sauces and mix.

Add corn slury
Add the idli pcs and toss on high flame.
Serve hott.
