1Culliflower medium size
200 gmBesan
2 tbspRiceflour
1 tbspAjwain
1 tbspChat masala
1 tspChilli flake
1 tbspGinger green chilli paste
1 tspTurmeric powder
to tasteSalt

Steps

Cut the culliflower pieces.

Add all ingredients with besan&riceflour,&1tbsp warm oil mix well with little water.

Heat a pan add oil & Dip fry the pokoda.

Culliflower pokoda is ready to serve with tomato sauce.
