Steps

Take a mixing bowl, add maida., Ajwain, oil, salt and add few.water maje tight dough.

Rest dough for 30 minute.

Heat oil in a wok add potato and all spices mix well.keep aside

Take small balls make chapati cut it and decide it into 2 parts

Take one part add stuffing seal it and deep fry in hot oil.

Serve it with white chane, curd and garnish with onion.
