Boil the potatoes

Cut All vegetables in cubes.

Finally chopped ginger,garlic and green chilli.

In a kadhai heat oil. Add hing, panchphoran,ginger,garlic and green chilli.

Take a cook for few seconds.Add all vegetables add turmeric, coriander, powder, and mix well, cover with lid.

After few minutes add Salt to taste, cover again for few minutes. Stir in between.Add dry mango powder.

Within 10 minutes your sabzi will be ready.

Enjoy with chapati, parantha, puri or dal chawal
