Steps

Wash chicken, spice to taste and parboil without adding water; best done on low heat so chicken can cook through and spice will enter

Wash tomatoes, red bell pepper, onions, pepper then dice all separately and set aside

Heat up medium pot and add veg oil once its dried up, add diced onions and stir, after a minutes add tomatoes and pepper then cooked chicken without the chicken stock

Cover pot and allow it cook on low heat for 7 to 10 minutes before stiring then add salt, red bell pepper and knorr cube
- 5
Cover pot and place on low heat for another 5 minutes before adding all purpose spice, stir and simmer
- 6
Turn off heat after 3 minutes and serve with either rice, plantain or yam
