Prepare your ingredients

Fry onions till start browning then add garlic/ ginger paste, then the pilau masala.

After stirring for a while add the green peas, diced carrots and diced chicken breast and keep stirring for about 5 minutes.

Then add tomatoes and then salt to taste. Keep stirring then add the washed rice, while stirring.

Add 2 1/2 cups water to the mixture,cover and let it cook. When ready serve.
