Leftover rice.

Friended rice.

Add rice flour&salt,mix it well.

Add desecrated coconut,mix it well.

Dough is ready.

Take little oil on your palm,take ball size from dough,&shape it as idli shape.greased a whole wise plate and put the idli

Boiled the water on a steamer &steam the idli.

Leftover rice idli is ready,serve with any type of chutney,or sambar.I my self serve with left over besan chutney.
