Take out water from boiled black chana

Chop onion, in kadai add little oil and fry onion

When it turns light brown add ginger garlic, coconut, cummin and curry leaves and fry for 2-3 minutes, till colour changes.Add little coriander while grinding.

Make a fine paste of onion and coconut mixture

In a vessel take boiled water,add grounded masala and other spices powder too.

Add tamarind paste and salt

Let it boil till raw smell goes.

In a kadai take little oil add mustard seeds, cummin, onion and curry leaves and fry till golden brown

Add tadka to the boiled kutt, add coriander and cover with lid.

Serve with rice.
