Steps

Grind rice into coarsely, and make a batter.

Heat 1tbs oil in a kadai add mustard, Cumin,curry leaves, chopped green chillies, grated ginger, urad dal and chana dal and fry for seconds.

Then mix into batter add chopped coriander.Mix well add cooking soda and salt give 5 min rest.

Fill into idli mould.

Keep it into steamer for 8-10 mins

Once done remove and serve with chutney and sambar.
