1Onion
Mixed herbs
Butter
2 Tbscorn flour

Sweat the onions in butter

Add grated tomatoes n carrots

Let cook for 2 minutes

Put two cups water add corn flour n herbs n salt
5

Simmer for 7 minutes

Blend and correct the seasoning and serve with grated cheddar cheese at the middle
