Grind boiled rice into smooth paste.

Mix all the ingredients in the rice paste. mix it well.

Take any variety skewer that you want. grease it with some oil.

With the help of a skewer make kebab shape out of the mixture and freeze it for 3-4 hours. Let it set well.

In a flat pan grease some oil and shallow fry the kebab one by one.

Serve hot the kebab with mint chutney. Your upma kebab is ready.
