For dough-take a blender add Suzi,salt and blend it nicely to form a powder

Now take a big bowl and knead the dough with help of water,make a little tight dough.like pooris,keep aside and cover with cloth for 1/2an hour

In the meantime prepare a filling-Take a pan add some oil add ginger garlic and onion and saute 1-2min.add veggie in by one and saute 1 min.now add masala and sauces mix and balance the taste.

Now take dough and make a small balls,roll the balls and fill filling in one side roll it fold the sides and roll it out,stick with cornflour slurry.Make it all spring rolls like this process.

Heat the oil and deep fry the spring roll on med. heat on both sides.

Once the golden colour is come out than remive from kadai and serve hot with sauce
