Royal Chai cardamom flavour Biscuits

I just love Royal chai and my friend Mina Joshi sent me a recipe. These biscuits are made from only 4 ingredients. There is no baking powder or baking soda in these biscuits. They were bit difficult to roll out but the end result was simply brilliant.
