1/4 cupsemolina
2 cubeamul cheese
1 tspajwain
1/2 cuppalak puree
to tasteSalt
as neededOil
1 pinchbaking soda
2 tbspoil moyan
1/2 tspchilli powder

Mix maida,suji,chilli powder,cheese,moyan, salt,puree,ajwain and make dough using water..Rest for 20 minutes

Heat oil in kadhai.

Make square shape roti from dough.pinch roti with fork and cut into triangle shape.

Deep fry triangles untill cooked and becomes crispy
