2 tspmustard seeds
1 tsppoppy seeds
1/2 tspturmeric powder
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Heat oil add lady's finger stir fry well adding salt and turmeric powder

Cover it and prepare a paste of the mustard seeds and poppy seeds

Add the paste into the pan and combine well

Add sugar and mix

Serve it with rice
